The Planned Unit Development (PUD) is governed by the North Pointe Homeowners Association which elects a five-member Board of Directors to conduct Association business. Monthly homeowner's dues cover the cost of lawn care (mowing, fertilizing, irrigating, etc.), snow plowing and improvements to the common area.
